• HSA100: Health Savings Account qualified plan with 100% coverage after the deductible ranging from $1050 to $10000
• HSASaver: Health Savings Account qualified plan with 100% coverage on inpatient and outpatient hospital services after deductible
• High Deductible Plan 100:100% coverage after deductible of $2500, $3500 or $5000
• High Deductible Plan 80: 80% coverage after deductible of $2500, $3500 or $5000
• Saver80: Hospital only plan covers inpatient an outpatient services at a hospital at 80% after the deductible ranging from $500 - $5000
